Bandcamp is a great site that not only sells mp3 files, but also FLAC and other high quality audio formats. Buyers can also “set their price” if they want to support the bands.
Today we’ve released our first full record, There They Go, on CDBaby. Soon it’ll be available from all major online stores and Spotify. It features 15 songs recorded early last year ranging from garage/punk to folk and psychedelic and sounds great.

I’ll be playing a concert with my own songs plus some of the songs from The Foreign Characters. It’ll be mostly acoustic but I’ll use the loop pedal and electric guitar for some of the more psychedelic songs.
Reyes will sing a few songs with me, mostly folk covers we’ve been rehearsing together.

Today I played a kind of improvised acoustic concert on Mixlr which is a website that lets anyone produce and broadcast their own live radio shows. I’ll be giving more performaces there, not always related to the band, but I’ll do some more acoustic shows…

We’ll be opening for The Ugly Beats, the great Garage/Power Pop band from Austin (Texas). You can listen to them at their myspace. They’re one of the most interesting bands currently active and they’ve got three amazing records out on Get Hip. They don’t come to Spain very often so this is a great chance that can’t be missed.
